About the role
As the Field Marketing Manager at PT Apex Nusantara Indo', you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the Central Bogor West Java region. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's wider marketing objectives and enabling the growth of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing targeted field marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services in the local market
- Building relationships with key local stakeholders, including retailers, influencers and community organisations, to amplify the brand's presence
- Analysing market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly
- Collaborating with the central marketing team to ensure field activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of field marketing initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the company's marketing approach
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a field marketing or regional marketing role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, and the ability to effectively integrate them
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of partners
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
