We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented
Event Manager
to support our
Brand Experience
team. This role involves assisting with managing on-site execution, and coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You'll need to be adaptable, organized, and able to handle real-time problem-solving during live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and execution events and ensure smooth on-site operations
- Coordinate with Event Organizers (EO), vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in developing event schedules and operational checklists
- Communicate effectively with clients during event setup and execution
- Provide quick solutions to on-site issues as they arise
- Prepare event documentation and reports using PowerPoint, Word, and other tools
Requirements
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in event management or a similar role - Fluent in English is a Must
- Experience supporting on-site event logistics and coordination
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
