Core Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis

Competitive Benchmarking: Continuously monitor and analyze the marketing activities of key competitors, and develop marketing strategies for own products.

Consumer Insights: Through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, gain in-depth understanding of the needs, purchasing behavior, and preferences of target customers.

Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitors' products, pricing, marketing strategies, and market share, and identify own strengths and weaknesses.

  • Develop Product Marketing Strategies

Product Positioning: Determine the target positioning of the product in the market, clarify the target customers and core selling points.

Highlight Mining: Develop USP, uncover the core demands of customers in the local market, and develop marketing strategy plans for own products.

  • Support Marketing Promotion

Marketing Plan: Support the marketing department in developing a comprehensive annual marketing plan, including online and offline activities, advertising, promotions, public relations, etc.

Advertising: Support advertising creative and placement, select appropriate media channels, and ensure advertising information effectively reaches target customers.

Digital Marketing: Participate in activities using digital channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and email marketing to increase brand awareness and user engagement.

Event Planning: Participate in organizing various auto shows, press conferences, test drive events, etc., to enhance brand image and product experience.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide sales tools, training, and market information to support the achievement of sales goals.

  • Other Aspects:

Report Writing: Regularly write marketing reports, report marketing progress and results to superiors, and propose improvement suggestions.

Innovation Ability: Possess innovative thinking and be able to propose unique marketing ideas.

Communication and Coordination Skills: Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively cooperate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 3 years of marketing experience in the automotive industry;
  • English proficiency sufficient for work communication;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
