We are seeking a
Senior CRM Specialist
to join our Customer Excellence Division at
PT Sinarmas Asset Management
. This role will be responsible for developing and executing loyalty and reward strategies, managing CRM-based communication, and driving customer retention and engagement through data-driven insights.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, optimize push notification performance, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance customer lifetime value (LTV) while minimizing churn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer
loyalty and reward programs
, including planning, segmentation, coordination, and performance monitoring. - Monitor and improve Push Notification (PN) engagement
through behavior analysis and campaign optimization. - Analyze
customer churn rate
using metrics such as active/inactive users and account closure trends to identify engagement decline and propose corrective actions. - Track and evaluate
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
as the foundation for developing long-term retention strategies. - Measure and optimize the
effectiveness of CRM campaigns
(Push, Email, WhatsApp) to ensure targeted and impactful customer communication. - Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver personalized, data-driven CRM initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
in any major (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience
in CRM, Loyalty, or Reward Program management—preferably in the
financial services
or digital platform industry. - Strong
analytical thinking
and data interpretation skills. - Proficient in
dashboard tools
and CRM analytics platforms. - Excellent
communication and multitasking
abilities. - Familiarity with
customer segmentation
, LTV analysis, and retention metrics. - Having min
WPPEP certification
is an advantage.
