Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure all orders from pickup, sorting, to delivery are processed according to SLA.
  • Identify, analyze, and follow up on orders that are stuck, delayed, or at risk of failed delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, line-haul, courier, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports related to order performance (on-time delivery, backlog, return, RBD, etc.).
  • Conduct root cause analysis on order tracking issues and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in order management and logistics

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); SQL/BI tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes and operational KPIs (SLA, OTD, backlog).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts
