Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to expand our presence and partnerships in the Indonesian market.
- Identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies tailored to local conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
logistics, supply chain, or related industries
within Indonesia. - Strong network of
local clients, suppliers, or operational partners
preferred. - Proficiency in
Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin speaker is preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel or be based in Indonesia.
