About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead our market expansion efforts in
Indonesia
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
logistics or related industries
, with a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, customer needs, and local business practices.

This role plays a key part in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to expand our presence and partnerships in the Indonesian market.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies tailored to local conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    logistics, supply chain, or related industries
    within Indonesia.
  • Strong network of
    local clients, suppliers, or operational partners
    preferred.
  • Proficiency in
    Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin speaker is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel or be based in Indonesia.
