Job Description
- Coordinate and maintain communication between the company and government institutions at both central and regional levels.
- Handle administrative tasks, permits, and official documentation related to company operations and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities.
- Support the company in managing government-related affairs, especially in projects under PSN (National Strategic Projects).
- Provide translation and interpretation (Mandarin–Indonesian–English) during meetings and documentation processes when needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and other relevant documents for internal and external coordination.
Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, International Relations, Communication, or related fields.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in government relations, corporate affairs, or project coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Willing to travel to Morowali or other locations as required.
