Job Description

  • Coordinate and maintain communication between the company and government institutions at both central and regional levels.
  • Handle administrative tasks, permits, and official documentation related to company operations and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities.
  • Support the company in managing government-related affairs, especially in projects under PSN (National Strategic Projects).
  • Provide translation and interpretation (Mandarin–Indonesian–English) during meetings and documentation processes when needed.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and other relevant documents for internal and external coordination.

Qualifications

  • Indonesian citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, International Relations, Communication, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in government relations, corporate affairs, or project coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Willing to travel to Morowali or other locations as required.
