Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and monitor adherence to plans

  • Supervise site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards

  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction regulations and company policies

  • Support tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to achieve successful project delivery

-Other related tasks as assigned

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree, have more than 10 years of field experience in Mechanical (M) or Electrical (E) works, as well as more than 5 years of experience in site management for M or E works.

It is desirable that the candidate possess knowledge in both Mechanical and Electrical fields in order to perform effectively as an M&E Manager
