Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and monitor adherence to plans
Supervise site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction
Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction regulations and company policies
Support tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to achieve successful project delivery
-Other related tasks as assigned
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree, have more than 10 years of field experience in Mechanical (M) or Electrical (E) works, as well as more than 5 years of experience in site management for M or E works.
It is desirable that the candidate possess knowledge in both Mechanical and Electrical fields in order to perform effectively as an M&E Manager
