About the role
As a Procurement Project Officer , you will play a key role in the company's manufacturing and logistics operations. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta and involves overseeing the procurement of materials, goods, and services to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
• Drive end-to-end tender processes (RFQ, bid evaluation, technical clarifications, contract negotiation)
• Ensure procurement activities align with project scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with project engineers to validate technical specs
• Prepare documentation in compliance with audit/internal controls
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance
What we're looking for
• 2-3 years' experience in project procurement (preferably engineering/manufacturing sector)
• Strong knowledge of tendering & technical evaluation
• Experience with CAPEX or industrial construction projects is a plus
• Excellent negotiation & stakeholder communication skills
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field
