About the Role

PT TUV NORD Indonesia is looking for an
IT Sales Support & Administration Intern
to join our
System Certification Division
. This internship offers a great opportunity for
fresh graduates
with an IT background who are interested in developing a career in
sales, client relations, and administrative operations
within a global certification and auditing organization. The selected candidate will assist the sales team in handling administrative tasks, preparing proposals, and supporting client communications related to
IT-based certification services
such as
ISO 27001, ISO , and ISO 42001
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and business development team in managing client inquiries and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and related sales materials for IT certification projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project data, and sales reports.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between sales, operations, and technical teams.
  • Conduct simple market research related to IT and cybersecurity certification opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for client onboarding and audit scheduling.
  • Help ensure all sales processes comply with internal procedures and data handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student
    in
    Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
    , or a related major.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in IT, cybersecurity, or management system certification (ISO 27001, ISO , ISO
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
    .
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to learn about sales processes and client management in a professional services environment.
