About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Support to join our team at PT Ekacitta Dian Persada on a 3-month contract basis. Based in our West Jakarta office, this role will provide crucial administrative and operational support to our marketing department, helping to ensure the smooth running of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the planning and coordination of sales operation
- Manage the Sales's divison calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, document management, and expense reporting
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1- 2 year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
