Job Desc :
- Identify sales goals, and develop sales strategy planning, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, and customer retention strategy.
- Create business proposals, sales presentations, and other materials, required to be presented to clients.
- Collect feedback and analyse client needs, and offer solution that meet clients need through the company's product lines.
- Assist in the development of products that are needed by clients.
- Build and mantain positive relationships with clients.
Qualification :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or business development in the property sector.
- Have a good and extensive network in the propeprty sector.
- Have a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new things.
