What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand client needs and provide tailored shipping and logistics solutions
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business and retain existing clients
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand your professional network and identify new leads
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives
- Accurately track and report on your sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
What we're looking for
- Experience as Sales/ Marketing on business trade for Export & Import (USA, Asia, America Latin, Europe, and other Trades for FCL, LCL, Air, Value added Service (VAS): Trucking, Customs Clearance, Insurance etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver customized solutions
- Passion for the shipping and logistics industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Positions are up for grabs in Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya
