About Goasaya Goasaya is a luxury dining destination redefining Indonesian and Asian contemporary cuisine. We're preparing for our grand opening this November and looking for skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our core kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and plating standards.
- Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation in every plate.
- Manage your assigned station with discipline and efficiency.
- Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during prep, service, and menu photoshoot.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as CDP or Demi Chef in premium / fine dining.
- Strong skill in Indonesian or Asian cuisine techniques.
- Organized, clean, and responsible in all kitchen duties.
- Able to start immediately and work full-time in PIK 2.
