About Goasaya Goasaya is a luxury dining destination in PIK 2 where art, culture, and gastronomy converge. Ahead of our November grand opening, we're seeking a Sous Chef – Dessert / Pastry Section to lead dessert development and production with creativity and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the dessert and pastry section — from prep to final plating.
- Develop and execute dessert recipes aligned with Goasaya's concept.
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Coordinate with Head Chef and Kitchen Team for menu planning and photoshoot.
- Supervise pastry staff and ensure high hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in pastry / dessert for fine dining or luxury hotels.
- Strong technical and creative pastry skills.
- Excellent time management and leadership.
- Detail-oriented, clean, and disciplined in production.
- Able to start immediately and work on-site in PIK 2.
