UIUX Designer
.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
User Experience (UX):
- Research and analyze user behavior to improve usability across mobile and web platforms
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new and existing features
- Ensure designs align with OJK compliance and fintech standards (clear data display, error handling, KYC/credit report flows)
User Interface (UI):
- Design mobile (Android/iOS) app interfaces consistent with Material Design (Android) and Human Interface Guidelines (iOS).
- Design web interfaces using Material UI and Ant Design frameworks as base UI systems
- Maintain a consistent design system across apps and dashboards
Collaboration:
- Work with frontend (React, UmiJS, ) and mobile (Kotlin/Swift) teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Provide design assets, interaction specs, and responsive/adaptive layout guidelines
Testing & Iteration:
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating UI/UX implementation
- Gather feedback from internal teams and users to iterate on design improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer in mobile and/or web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and web dashboard/web app projects.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of Material Design (Android) and Apple HIG (iOS).
- Familiarity with component-based design systems (Material UI, Ant Design).
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to translate complex fintech/credit scoring processes into simple, usable flows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
