Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, architects, engineers, and business leaders.
Define project delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team efficiency.
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or IT project management within the insurance industry.
Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional software projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
