Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, architects, engineers, and business leaders.
- Define project delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or IT project management within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional software projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
