We are seeking an agile and experienced
Marketing Account Executive
to join our team.
As a
Marketing Account Executive
, you will be responsible to be the company's representative in external parties, also become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has interest and desire to continuously understand industry developments.
Job Descriptions:
- Implement the marketing strategy into the marketing department's tactical program.
- Develop communication strategies that best suit the client's characteristics without changing the values of MANUSA to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Be the company's representative in external parties by fully maintaining the company's image.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Assist in client communication and support, answering questions and providing necessary information.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations regarding budgets given to clients.
- Coordinate with operations, information, and finance departments regarding products/services that can be provided to clients according to the analysis results of each department.
- Become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team in conveying client needs and internal team capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, brand management, or related position.
- Good in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with customers/clients.
- Responsive, agile, good understanding and have ability to make effective presentations.
- Has the same values as the company and is able to fully maintain the company's image.
- Experience in negotiating with clients regarding their budget and needs.
