Requirements :
- 2-3 years experience as Document Staff in Shipping/Marine company
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Maritime subject
- Familiar with marine related website (SIMLALA, SIMKAPEL, E-Licensing, MyBKI and others)
- Strong understanding of vessel (Tug & Barge and Bulk Carrier) certificates and documents
- Good coordination skills with agencies, marine offices and operational teams
- Able to join immediately
Job desc:
- Monitor and update all vessel certificates and documents
- Coordinate with agents/marine offices/vendors for renewals and follow-ups
- Prepare and submit renewal applications for vessel certificates/documents
- Coordinate with Operations staff on all documentations matters
- Update the renewal schedule and plan for each vessel
