Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative content ideas for employer branding and company communication.
  • Create engaging content that highlights the company's expertise, work culture, and employee experience.
  • Build a content bank for future campaigns related to technology, career growth in IT, and workplace culture.
  • Engage and interact with the audience (potential talents, professionals/IT professionals, and stakeholders) through digital content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication/Multimedia or related field, preferably with an interest in IT or technology.
  • Knowledge of career preparation, soft skills, and basic technical skills (familiarity with IT industry trends is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting/content writing skills, especially in topics related to technology, careers, and employer branding.
  • Skilled in content planning and able to adapt communication style to the target audience (IT professionals & job seekers).
  • Able to create content (writing/design) as well as take content (photo/video) to support employer branding.
