The
Assistant Store Manager
plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure the seamless daily operations of Bacha Coffee outlets. This position focuses on delivering

in alignment with Bacha Coffee's brand philosophy. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight, team leadership, and hands-on management to uphold the brand's world-class service and retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Brand Standards

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with Bacha Coffee's service, quality, and presentation standards.
  • Conduct regular floor checks to maintain the boutique's ambiance, cleanliness, and brand presentation at the highest level.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Implement and maintain operational best practices to achieve consistency and efficiency across shifts.

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire store teams to deliver the finest guest experience in line with Bacha Coffee's hospitality philosophy.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives in partnership with HR and Training teams.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance and maintain a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment aligned with Bacha Coffee's core values.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Support daily sales operations, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Marketing team to execute in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing P&L reports, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to maximize store profitability.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and sales results.

Inventory & Cost Management

  • Supervise inventory control and stock management processes to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Support accurate inventory reporting, ordering, and stock rotation in coordination with the central operations team.
  • Maintain accountability for product quality, shelf life, and compliance with company standards.

Guest Experience & Issue Resolution

  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional and personalized service experience.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and gracefully.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously implement initiatives to elevate the overall boutique experience.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Assist in planning and executing special events, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Prepare operational reports on sales performance, staffing, and store improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Operations team to align daily operations with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience in F&B or luxury retail management
    , with at least
    2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
    .
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a refined sense of hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial analysis.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
