Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Manufacturing, specializing in Operations and/or Supply Chain

  • Previous experience in a multinational consumer goods company is an advantage

  • Positive working attitude and strong communication skills

  • Able to work independently on-site and/or within a supervision team
  • Computer literate (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to increase efficiency, speed, and productivity while reducing costs
  • Maintain proper inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Select logistics providers, optimize transportation routes, and manage warehousing and distribution centers
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage demand planning, stock levels, and inventory turnover
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
