Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Manufacturing, specializing in Operations and/or Supply Chain
Previous experience in a multinational consumer goods company is an advantage
Positive working attitude and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently on-site and/or within a supervision team
- Computer literate (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus
Core Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase efficiency, speed, and productivity while reducing costs
- Maintain proper inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels
- Select logistics providers, optimize transportation routes, and manage warehousing and distribution centers
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Manage demand planning, stock levels, and inventory turnover
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
- Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
