Our client is seeking for a
Head Lecturer - in Fashion Promotion and Marketing
will provide academic and strategic leadership to ensure the continuous development and excellence of the program. This role requires a visionary educator and researcher with a strong background in fashion communication, branding, and marketing, who can shape the academic direction of the discipline while fostering innovation, industry collaboration, and scholarly contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and strategic leadership for the Fashion Promotion & Marketing program in line with academic framework.
- Lead curriculum development, teaching delivery, and quality assurance to ensure academic excellence.
- Mentor faculty and students, supervising key research, projects, and creative campaigns.
- Drive research, publications, and industry collaborations that enhance the program's visibility and impact.
- Build and maintain partnerships with industry, academia, and professional bodies.
- Oversee departmental operations, including planning, resource management, and staff development.
PRE - REQUISITES:
- PhD in Fashion Marketing, Communication, or a closely related discipline
(mandatory). - Proven record of academic leadership, research, and teaching excellence in higher education.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and academic quality assurance.
- Strong portfolio of scholarly work, industry engagement, or consultancy within the fashion and creative sectors.
