Production Manager Mandarin Speaker

• Lead and oversee all production activities to ensure targets, quality standards, and occupational safety (K3) are met.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with machine capacity and workforce availability.
• Manage the production team (Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators) to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese management and local teams.
• Ensure the implementation of Quality Control standards at every stage of production.
• Evaluate team performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
• Implement KPI-based work systems and ensure the application of 5S principles in the workplace.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in production management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and Indonesian (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of production systems, capacity planning, and efficiency improvement.
• Able to work under pressure with strong result orientation.
