JOB PURPOSE
To support Biznesia's growth across B2B, B2B4C, B2G and foundation sectors by assisting in market research and supporting the identification and pursuit of business opportunities. This role will contribute to Biznesia's mission of empowering underserved talents, SMEs, and professionals by supporting the delivery of impactful solutions that support their development and success.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Partner Acquisition & Retention:
a. Drive acquisition and retention of internship partners to support ongoing internship plotting aligned with the
company timeline.
b. Take full ownership of the end-to-end partner acquisition process – from identifying leads, canvassing,
conducting meetings, negotiating, to signing partnership agreements (PKS).
c. Be fast-responding, communicative, and committed in resolving any issues related to internship placements,
whether from the partner's side or the student's side.
d. Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with internship partners.
e. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the acquisition and
retention process.
f. Analyze and provide insights on partner segmentation or sectors that align with the company's internship needs.
g. Assist in developing and implementing an effective onboarding process for new partners.
h. Support the development of strategic partnerships with communities, educational institutions, and other relevant
organizations.
2. Business Development:
a. Identifying collaboration opportunities with Talenesia, Biznesia, or external companies to support the growth
and operational efficiency of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises).
b. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Talenesia and Biznesia's product offerings, and confidently represent the
company in introducing its vision, mission, and key products in a clear and persuasive manner.
c. Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance the business development process, including supporting
the creation of content, presentations, and other business-related documentation.
d. Take full ownership of supporting the entire client admission process, including managing registration forms,
handling contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement terms, etc
e. Assist in analyzing project and market data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
REQUIREMENT
1. Education: Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Business Administration.
2. Experience: Prior internship experience in business development or product development is a plus.
3. Mission Alignment: Driven and motivated by our mission, demonstrating a commitment to achieving company goals.
4. Analytical and Organizational skill: Demonstrate good analytical skill and organizational skills, such as project
management.
5. Business Development: Possess strong business acumen with the eagerness to learn about identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and achieving business goals.
6. Relationship Building: Interest in building relationships with industry players and potential clients while developing networking skills.
7. Consultative Approach: Interest in learning consultative selling techniques and solution-selling or managing complex project cycles.
8. Market Research: Willingness to develop skills in conducting market research to identify target audiences, assess market potential, analyze competitors, and inform strategic business decisions.

10. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas and information to stakeholders.
