Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of system integration solutions across internal and external platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability between core insurance systems, digital channels, and third-party services (e.g., bancassurance, payment gateways, regulators).
- Manage integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and data interfaces.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and vendors to deliver integration components aligned with business needs.
- Define and enforce integration standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to maintain business continuity.
- Monitor system performance and optimize integration efficiency.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable and reliable integration frameworks.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration touchpoints and interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strong experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, REST/SOAP, ESB, MQ, ETL).
- Familiarity with life insurance systems (policy admin, claims, underwriting, etc.).
- Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, WSO2, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance with insurance industry regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
