Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of system integration solutions across internal and external platforms.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability between core insurance systems, digital channels, and third-party services (e.g., bancassurance, payment gateways, regulators).
  • Manage integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and data interfaces.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and vendors to deliver integration components aligned with business needs.
  • Define and enforce integration standards, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize integration efficiency.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable and reliable integration frameworks.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration touchpoints and interfaces.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
  • Strong experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, REST/SOAP, ESB, MQ, ETL).
  • Familiarity with life insurance systems (policy admin, claims, underwriting, etc.).
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, WSO2, or similar is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance with insurance industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
