Quality Control Officer (Pet Food Industry)
in this movement.
Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local and international regulations and standards relevant to personal healthcare product manufacturing, including BPOM/CPOB, WHO, ISO, and other applicable guidelines.
- Quality Oversight: Lead all aspects of the execution and maintenance of quality control processes and controls in place to supervise and maintain product quality throughout the packaging, testing, and release processes.
- Testing & Release: Coordinate testing & release of quality products, meeting market requirements.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Audits and Inspections: Prepare the company for regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring that all vital documentation, processes, and personnel align with regulatory requirements.
- Supplier and Material Quality: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the quality of raw materials, components, and packaging materials used in personal healthcare product manufacturing.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product quality issues, non- conformities, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as vital.
- Product Release: Approve or reject finished products based on quality assessments, ensuring that only safe and compliant products are released to the market.
- Planning, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures that drive quality throughout the entire machinery and equipment life cycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance in food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to quality assurance and compliance.
- Have knowledge and exposed to machinery.
- Certified/have knowledge in how to do calibration on machine (scale, thermometer).
- Experienced in operating ERP System, Odoo preferably.
- Willing to work from the office and site plant in Alam Sutera & Legok, Tangerang.

Range salary for this position is around IDR 5,5 - 7 million per month.
