We're Hiring: Sales Representative (B2B)

Location: East Jakarta (Head Office – Sentral Komputer)

About the Role

Sentral Komputer is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Representative (B2B) to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our sales and distribution network, maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and ensuring our products are always available and growing in the market.

What You'll Do:

Visit and expand the dealer or store network in your assigned area.

Promote and sell Sentral Komputer products to new and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and outlets.

Record customer orders accurately and on time.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Prepare regular reports on visits and sales performance.

Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and admin teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.

Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Canvasser, Field Sales, B2B Sales, or similar position.

Experience in marketing and knowledge of laptop product specifications is a strong advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Honest, disciplined, and with high integrity.

Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers.

Good understanding of distribution channels and market potential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and sales reporting tools.
