Job Description :
- Develop a structural curriculum matrix and program for sales and non sales, soft skills & hard skills
- Design a comprehensive training module that cover pre – during – post training effectively
- Deliver training with effective method that suit to the competency's gap needed
- Determine tools for evaluate ROI training program and progress of participant's skills, knowledge & attitude
- Manage the whole learning center and class facilities
- Set up and coordinate training schedule efficiently for the classes , trainers and programs
- Responsible for day-to-day learning center operational
Job Qualification :
- Education Min. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM preferable
- Experience Min. 3 years as Training Supervisor in Corporate (FMCG preferable) or Learning Center
- Deep understanding and experience in Training Technique and Method as per job description needed
- Skills of Adobe/Canva/Video Maker / Social Media is needed
- Good communicator inter generation, hardworking, multi tasking role, mature and independent
- Driving License SIM A and intensive business trip
- Work Location : Jakarta
