Job Description :

  • Develop  a structural curriculum matrix and program for sales and non sales, soft skills & hard skills
  • Design a comprehensive training module  that cover  pre – during – post training effectively
  • Deliver training with effective method that suit to the competency's gap needed
  • Determine tools for evaluate  ROI training program and progress of participant's skills, knowledge & attitude
  • Manage the whole  learning center and class facilities
  • Set up and coordinate training schedule efficiently for the classes , trainers and programs
  • Responsible for day-to-day learning center operational

Job Qualification :

  • Education Min. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM preferable
  • Experience Min. 3 years as Training Supervisor in Corporate (FMCG preferable) or Learning Center
  • Deep understanding and experience in Training Technique and Method as per job description needed
  • Skills of  Adobe/Canva/Video Maker / Social Media  is needed
  • Good communicator inter generation, hardworking, multi tasking role, mature and independent
  • Driving License SIM A and intensive business trip
  • Work Location : Jakarta
