Legal Manager Industrial Manufacturing – Role Overview
Industrial engineering professionals are invited to join a manufacturing organization focused on continuous process improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence. The role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and a passion for data‑driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform lean manufacturing initiatives, including time study, motion study, line balancing, and Kaizen.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose work method improvements, and implement layout and workstation ergonomics changes.
- Collaborate with machine design, development, and autonomation engineering to reduce SMV and improve operational SMV.
- Develop and conduct operator training plans to increase performance and capability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports including OEE, TPPG, and auto‑cutting performance metrics.
- Support quick change‑over preparation and capacity evaluation for new styles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in apparel manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, cycle time tools, and garment construction.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with auto‑cutting machinery (vision cutting, auto die cut, laser).
- Knowledge of GSD License certification.
- Background in continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
- Flexibility to work on shift basis.
