Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming guests, handling visitor registration, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring availability and room readiness.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as document printing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of front office supplies, including stationery and visitor amenities.
- Assist in the coordination of employee business trips and hotel booking.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area to maintain a professional environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support office operations and special events when needed.
- Record and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
- Uphold a courteous and helpful attitude in all interactions, serving as the face of the company to guests and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate from Office Administration, Communication, Management, or a related major.
- Previous experience in student organizations, events, or internships is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with basic office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace.
- Neat appearance and polite, with a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to perform tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work from the office according to assigned working hours.
- High initiative, eagerness to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
