Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including welcoming guests, handling visitor registration, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring availability and room readiness.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as document printing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of front office supplies, including stationery and visitor amenities.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee business trips and hotel booking.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area to maintain a professional environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support office operations and special events when needed.
  • Record and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
  • Uphold a courteous and helpful attitude in all interactions, serving as the face of the company to guests and clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate from Office Administration, Communication, Management, or a related major.
  • Previous experience in student organizations, events, or internships is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with basic office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace.
  • Neat appearance and polite, with a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to work from the office according to assigned working hours.
  • High initiative, eagerness to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
