Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Coordinator located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of goods, managing communication between various departments, handling customer service inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring that all dispatch-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Dispatching
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Skilled Multi-tasker with excellent Data Entry skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
