Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications from inquiry to project handover.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including canvassing and lead follow-up from online marketing, showroom visits, and client referrals.
  • Provide consultations to understand client needs, propose solutions, and coordinate with the design/project team to ensure requirements are met.
  • Oversee project progress by monitoring scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables, while keeping clients regularly updated.
  • Ensure client payments are collected on time and in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends and competitors to support business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in interior design, architecture, or property).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts independently.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
