Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications from inquiry to project handover.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including canvassing and lead follow-up from online marketing, showroom visits, and client referrals.
- Provide consultations to understand client needs, propose solutions, and coordinate with the design/project team to ensure requirements are met.
- Oversee project progress by monitoring scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables, while keeping clients regularly updated.
- Ensure client payments are collected on time and in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends and competitors to support business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in interior design, architecture, or property).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts independently.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
