Job Requirement:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's or Diploma (D3) in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a technician or assistant leader in telecommunication projects (BTS, MW, FO).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, able to work under pressure, and willing to work on-site.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with field project/installation processes are advantages.
- Possess relevant certifications such as 1 sertifikat First Aid, 1 sertifikat Basic Electrica, HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, Safety & K3 (General or Electrical), WAH (preferred).
- Hold a valid driver's license (Class A or C).
- Not afraid of heights.
Job Description:
- Lead the implementation of telecommunication infrastructure projects (BTS, MW) according to schedule, budget, and technical specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly work plans and monitor field team progress.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, clients, and internal parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety (K3), operational standards, and proper project documentation.
