About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Recruitment & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at PT. Showty Global International. In this full-time position based in West Jakarta Jakarta, you will provide vital support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR recruitment operations and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

Experienced in creating strategic planning, candidate sourcing, job description creation, Application screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, performance monitoring, employee branding and compliance

Talent acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions, ensuring a good fit with the company's needs and culture.
  • Assist with the full HR lifecycle, including database soft copy & hard copy, onboarding, employee records management, and off-boarding processes files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Negotiation and offers:

Prepare and extend job offers, including negotiating salary and benefits.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related databases and reports
- Perform general office administration duties as needed
- Process, reporting and contribute development in building teams and divisions
- Experience in Recruitment Talent

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Experience 3 years in administration field
  • experience in English Language speaking is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar HR or administrative assistant role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR best practices of soft copy and hard copy data management
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality support to the HR team
