Responsibilities

  • Report daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of Sales Performance
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Supervisor. Preference for Food Service Industry.
  • Passionate about bakery.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good network in business area.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Bandung.
  • Target oriented.

Business Development

Location: BINUS Bandung Campus (Willing to be placed)

Job Summary

Assist in the Corporate Business Development Unit program implementation and support in development of corporate's business development strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & identify new business development opportunities.
  • Monitor corporate-wide new projects progress.
  • Build strong internal cooperation to support overall objectives.
  • Identify and map potential new outlet locations (shopping malls, lifestyle hubs, high-traffic and trendy areas).
  • Conduct market area analysis including demographics, foot traffic, consumer spending power and competitor landscape.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and provide data-driven recommendations for outlet expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall management, and property agents to secure strategic locations.
  • Develop business proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize partnership agreements or leasing contracts.
  • Monitor F&B industry trends, particularly kebab and fast-casual dining.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure outlet positioning aligns with brand strategy.
  • Provide market insights and reports to support expansion strategy in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Expansion, or Franchise, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, advanced research, and basic design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain partner relationships, and adapt in dynamic business environments.
  • Strong expertise in market area analysis (traffic, demographics, spending power, and competition).
  • Established network with mall management, landlords, and property agents in Jakarta.
  • Deep understanding of urban consumer trends (Millennials & Gen Z lifestyle and food habits).
  • Proven skills in feasibility studies, business case development, and data-based reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently under tight targets.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Jakarta and Greater Jakarta area.
