We are currently looking for top talent to join our team as:

IT Infrastructure Engineer

Placement: Taman Kota – West Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and LAN/WAN networks.

• Manage network security systems including Firewalls.

• Monitor servers, internet connectivity, and other IT infrastructure.

• Install and maintain Access Door, IPBX, and PABX systems.

• Provide daily IT technical support for end-users.

-Perform data backup and ensure data security.

• Manage IT assets and software licenses.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and system patch updates.

• Prepare technical documentation and SOPs related to IT infrastructure.

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support/Infrastructure (preferably in construction/manufacturing industry).

• Strong knowledge in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in managing Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Door, IPBX, and PABX.

• Good understanding of server & data security management.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Willing to be mobile and visit project sites when required.
