Job Descriptions:
• Research and identify key influencers on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist in recruiting KOLs and ensure the smooth execution of ongoing campaigns.
• Manage administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns.
• Oversee and maintain working agreements with KOLs.
• Build and nurture strong communication and relationships with influencers.
• Enhance program quality and ensure KOLs meet their activity targets.
• Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on KOL performance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a KOL Specialist.
• Proven experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencers/Creators) is a strong advantage.
• Skilled in developing creative content angles and creating comprehensive briefs for KOL.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang.
