We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller with proven experience in using Revit MEP for Building Information Modelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with specific experience in modelling fire protection systems. You will work closely with engineers, coordinators, and other stakeholders to develop accurate 3D models and coordinated construction documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP in accordance with project standards and timelines.
- Model fire protection systems (sprinklers, piping, pumps, valves, etc.) based on engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support engineers with model-based quantity take-offs and design validation.
- Maintain file organization and documentation using project-specific naming conventions and folder structures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, particularly in Revit MEP.
- Proven experience handling fire protection system modelling in BIM environments.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Good understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
- Able to interpret and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Open to relocation and willing to be assigned to any project site or location as required by the company
