Responsibilities
- Assist in performance management cycles, including evaluation, tracking, and documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for field employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor employee engagement, attendance, and workplace conditions.
- Address employee relations matters promptly and escalate when needed.
- Support field leaders in manpower planning, training, and team development.
- Ensure smooth communication between head office HR and field operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in operational or field-based industries (logistics, manufacturing, retail, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor law.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse employee groups.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
