Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Assist in performance management cycles, including evaluation, tracking, and documentation
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Act as the first point of contact for field employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct regular field visits to monitor employee engagement, attendance, and workplace conditions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Address employee relations matters promptly and escalate when needed.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support field leaders in manpower planning, training, and team development.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth communication between head office HR and field operations.

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in operational or field-based industries (logistics, manufacturing, retail, or similar).
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor law.
  • ⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse employee groups.
  • ⁠ ⁠Problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
