Senior Fullstack Engineer
to join our onsite team. You will play a critical role in shaping both our backend architecture and frontend experiences — working directly on core products that impact thousands of users daily.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using
Golang
. - Build responsive, performant frontend applications using
and
. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
- Lead architectural decisions and help scale the platform to support growth and complexity.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior engineers.
- Ensure robust security and compliance across all parts of the stack, especially in handling sensitive financial data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years
of fullstack development experience, with strong hands-on skills in
Golang
and
. - Deep understanding of web architecture, APIs (REST), and modern application design.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid knowledge of frontend best practices, including responsive design and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a security-first mindset.
- Willingness to work full-time
onsite in South Jakarta
. - Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
