Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to expand Atera Water's footprint in Indonesia. This role will play a vital part in bridging our regional commercial efforts with our Singapore-based headquarters. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on — responsible for following up on project leads, coordinating client engagements, gathering technical requirements to support proposal development with our internal teams.

You will actively explore new business opportunities across sectors such as water utilities, industrial manufacturing, and EPC firms, while also building and managing strategic partnerships in the region.


Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and pursue new commercial leads, partners, and market opportunities within Indonesia.

·       Act as a key liaison between local clients and the Singapore HQ to gather project needs and technical inputs.

·       Lead business development efforts and support project follow-ups to drive deal closure in Indonesia.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

·       Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular updates, forecasts, and progress reports to regional leadership.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Relevant experience in business development or sales will be strongly considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the water treatment, membrane, or environmental technologies sector.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and technical solution selling.

·       Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while coordinating closely with regional HQ.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Indonesia and occasionally regionally.
