Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in any major (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Able to Speak mandarin is a Must (Minimun HSK-4)
- Experience in the insurance field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Job Description :
- Maintain and manage records of all insurance policies and related documentation.
- Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate policy renewals, and claims, and ensure compliance with coverage requirements.
- Handle insurance claims and maintain communication with internal departments and external insurers.
- Review and evaluate insurance policies to ensure they align with company needs and industry standards.
- Assist in risk management by identifying potential risk areas and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports and provide analysis on insurance coverage and claims.
- Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure insurance policies are aligned with corporate contracts and obligations.
