Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the
    company's export sales operations
    , for end-to-end export activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand in China and Taiwan markets
    .
  • Identify, establish, and
    maintain strong relationships
    with distributors, partners, and key clients.
  • Conduct regular
    market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities
    for export growth.
  • Ensure
    export operations
    comply with international trade regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support seamless export processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience in strategic sales
    , with proven exposure to China/Taiwan market.
  • Strong strategic sales skills,
    able to go beyond selling and create impactful
    market penetration
    strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
    — proficiency in both languages is a must.
  • Candidates from various industry backgrounds; experience in
    F&B, retail, or manufacturing
    will be a strong advantage.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad.
  • Willing to be placed in
    Cikarang.
