Job Summary
This job is responsible for managing and developing operational processes end-to-end, from project planning, data processing, system development, to testing and maintenance. This role acts as the main liaison with business needs to ensure smooth and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational projects from planning, execution, monitoring, and maintenance, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Process operational data to gain information and make decisions.
- Develop dashboards and data visualization reports for monitoring and evaluation.
- Create and develop operational systems using company IT tools such as Microsoft Environment (SharePoint, Teams), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality meets requirements.
- Handle technical and operational troubleshooting during and after project implementation.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on existing systems and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation related to projects, systems, and SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, process development, or project management in a manufacturing company is preferable.
- Proficient in data processing and analytics (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.), Python programming for data processing and automation.
- Experienced in building and managing systems using Microsoft Environment tools (SharePoint, Teams), Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
