About the Role

A leading consulting firm in the
IT Governance & Service Management industry
is seeking a passionate and experienced
IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant
to join its professional consulting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients design, implement, and enhance their IT Service Management processes and frameworks. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations to achieve operational excellence and compliance through
ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000
, and related best practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
    in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or Service Desk Management.
  • Proven experience leading or participating in
    ITSM projects
    as a consultant.
  • Professional certification
    in ITSM such as
    ITIL V3 Intermediate, ITIL V4, ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor, and/or COBIT 2019
    .
  • Excellent command of
    English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ITSM tools/platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in teams.
  • Willing to
    travel domestically
    for project assignments.

Key Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver
    IT Service Management (ITSM)
    implementation and improvement projects.
  • Support clients in achieving
    ISO/IEC 20000 certification
    and aligning IT operations with
    ITIL best practices
    .
  • Conduct
    ITSM maturity assessments
    and develop improvement roadmaps.
  • Provide advisory services on
    IT governance, risk, and compliance (IT GRC)
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in
    ITIL, ISO 20000, and COBIT 2019
    frameworks.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
