Job Responsibility :
1. Develop hiring strategies, interview assessments, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Prepare plans for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company's strategic planning.
Forecast weekly and monthly hiring needs and adjust strategies as needed.
Determine selection criteria and develop effective methods for candidate evaluation.
Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to the organization.
Build relationships with external organizations to enhance talent-sourcing capabilities.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Supervisor / min. 2 years Manager (preferably from Outsourcing / Head Hunter Industry)
Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology / Management or any related major.- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Strong leadership, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills
Willing to be placed in Bandung
