Job Responsibility :
1. Develop hiring strategies, interview assessments, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.

  • Prepare plans for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company's strategic planning.

  • Forecast weekly and monthly hiring needs and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Determine selection criteria and develop effective methods for candidate evaluation.

  • Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to the organization.

  • Build relationships with external organizations to enhance talent-sourcing capabilities.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Supervisor / min. 2 years Manager (preferably from Outsourcing / Head Hunter Industry)

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology / Management or any related major.- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.

  • Strong leadership, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills

  • Willing to be placed in Bandung

Job Type: Contract
