Responsibilities
  • Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our IT solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing expert consultation to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Accurately calculate Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and project timelines for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Ensure a smooth transition of finalized deals to project managers for successful implementation.
  • Continuously contribute to the development of new and enhance existing project use cases to align with market demands.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party vendors to enhance our product and service offerings.
  • Provide regular and accurate daily and monthly workload reports to the reporting manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in IT Presales, specifically in Messaging, AI (Artificial Intelligence), CRM.
  • Experience in IT Projects Tendering and API Integrations.
  • Preferred experience in AI and cloud technology.
  • Proficient in IT project budgeting and price calculation.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in documentation and verbal communication.
  • Excellent business analyzing, system analyzing, and project management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in AI and cloud technology is preferred.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Postman, Diagram flow & Matrix Tools, and Design tools for Mock Up.
