Qualifications:
- Minimum Vocational High School graduate or Diploma degree
- Has a prior experience to work in professional context as an Admin
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- A reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain document archiving related to Finance and Accounting
- Scan and digitize hardcopy financial documents and organize them systematically in Google Drive
- Ensure all files (both hardcopy and softcopy) are properly labeled, stored, and up to date
- Support data entry and simple administrative tasks as needed by the Finance team
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of documents' records
